How to Access Using a Code
When the reception is closed, you can check in using a code. Please remember to inform our reception preferably during the booking stage if you will be arriving late.
- On the right side of the exterior door marked with a green arrow and the letter C on the map, there is a black code device. Enter the door code you received. The door will open automatically and you can enter.
- On the opposite wall, there is a key cabinet. Take the room key labeled with your name (approximately 30 seconds).
- If the cabinet locks before you retrieve your key, enter the door code into the black code device at the exterior door again.
- Always keep your room key with you. You will need it to access the accommodation building at any time.
Please note:
- If the key is left in the room or lost when reception is closed, there is a charge for door opening: +358 2 284 6999 (€40).
- A lost key will be charged at €100.
- Unjustified fire alarms (e.g., smoking indoors) will be charged at the incurred costs (€1,100).
