Our Reception located in the main lobby serves our guests within the opening hours for all questions related to accommodation and visits. We want to offer our customers the best possible experience, so we hope to contact our reception about any shortcomings you may notice during your stay.

At our reception you will find, among other things,

  • help with printing travel tickets
  • help with booking accommodation
  • public transport timetables
  • plasters, sewing equipment, hair dryer, laundry detergent
  • stamps and postcards
  • information about local events, maps and brochures about Turku

Hotel Linnasmäki offers its customers free parking. Our large parking area has camera surveillance and a few sockets for car heaters. You can ask more about the power socket at our reception. In addition, the parking area has, among other things, two parking spaces intended for buses.

In our parking area, there are 10 electric car charging points (type 2, 22 kW), which work with the RFID tag available from our reception. Charging is chargeable, €5/day/hybrid car and €10/day/fully electric car.

We offer our customers a free Wi-Fi connection that works in all our buildings and accommodation rooms. The quality of the connection varies depending on the location of the room, and the best connection is in the lobby.

We have switched to electronic invoicing . For post-invoicing, the company must enter into an invoicing agreement. Please note that it takes 1-5 business days to create a contract with us. We reserve the right not to enter into a contract if the company has payment problems or the information provided is incorrect. Our invoicing supplement is €10/invoice.
