Our reception, located in the main lobby, serves our guests during opening hours for all questions related to accommodation and visits. We want to offer our customers the best possible experience, so we kindly ask you to contact our reception about any deficiencies you may notice during your stay.

If you are arriving when the reception is closed, please read the late arrival instructions.

Our reception provides, among other things

  • assistance with printing travel tickets
  • help with booking accommodation
  • public transport schedules
  • band-aids, sewing kits, hair dryer, laundry detergent
  • stamps and postcards
  • information about local events, maps, and Turku-themed brochures

Hotel Linnasmäki offers free parking for its customers. Our large parking area has camera surveillance and a few power outlets for car heaters. You can inquire about power outlet spots at our reception. Additionally, the parking area includes two parking spaces designated for buses.

Our parking area features 10 electric vehicle charging stations (type 2, 22 kW), which operate with an RFID tag available from our reception. Charging is subject to a fee: €7/session/hybrid vehicle and €12/session/fully electric vehicle.

We offer our customers free Wi-Fi connection, which works in all our buildings and accommodation rooms. The quality of the connection varies depending on the room location, with the best connection in the lobby areas.

We have switched to electronic invoicing. For post-payment, companies need to make a billing agreement. Please note that creating an agreement with us takes 1-5 business days. We reserve the right not to enter into an agreement if the company has payment defaults or the provided information is incorrect. Our invoicing fee is 10 €/invoice.
