The Turku Christian Institute Foundation maintains Linnasmäki Institute and owns Linnasmäki Ltd, which offers accommodation, restaurant, and conference services. The foundation’s operations are located in a historical and scenic environment just four kilometers from the center of Turku.

The group’s turnover is approximately 10 million euros.

Our experienced financial secretary is retiring, and we are seeking a skilled financial management and accounting professional to continue their work.

You will play an important role in the daily management of the group’s financial administration. You will work closely as part of a three-person finance team, but your tasks also require an independent approach.

 

Your main tasks include:

  • daily bookkeeping with accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • managing accounts payable
  • VAT reporting and managing the MyTax account
  • preparing financial statement materials
  • acting as a contact person for occupational health
  • managing employee benefits

We expect from you:

  • solid experience in bookkeeping, payment transactions, and managing ledgers
  • commercial education suitable for the position
  • precision, initiative, and a solution-oriented attitude
  • ability to handle routines carefully and responsibly
  • good teamwork skills and the ability to work independently

We consider it an advantage:

  • expertise in the Netvisor financial management software
  • experience in invoicing and managing accounts receivable
  • experience in payroll processing

We adhere to the Collective Agreement for Private Education. The position has a six-month probationary period.

The position starts by agreement in early 2026.
