Whether you need a listening loop for a meeting or perhaps a special diet, we will take your needs into account during your stay at the hotel. Your assistant stays in the same room at no extra charge.

Arrival

The escort traffic can be reached by car in front of the main door. Accessible parking spaces for those in their own car are located about 110 meters from the main door. The parking spaces are marked with a wheelchair symbol. The access routes to the parking space are flat, paved, illuminated and have handrails. Street maintenance is year -round and the entrance is illuminated. The exterior door has a threshold of 2 cm and a door width of at least 85 cm. The wind cabinet is spacious and can fit well. Poorly moving or visual obedience has railings both in stairs and in the outdoor routes. Handrails and lighting work with automation.

The rooms

There are two accessible rooms in Linnasmäki, suitable for a disabled athlete and his assistant (rooms 150 and 151). The free width of the doorway is 89 cm and there are no thresholds. The fairways are 90 cm and the turn is 150 cm on both sides. If necessary, the furniture can be moved. The clothing hooks are 132 cm high. The bathroom has a free width of 85 cm. The rooms have low handles, high toilet seats and handles. The shower chair is brought on request. A flashing doorbell and a vibration alarm for weak hearing is available at the reception. At least 5% of other hotel rooms are accessible.

Public spaces and meeting rooms

All of our meeting rooms and large auditorium can be accessed by wheelchair. The restaurant space is accessible and the staff will assist with the meal line if needed. The furniture is removable and wheelchair accessible. The height of the café counter is 93 cm and the buffet is 90 cm. If necessary, our staff will assist. The terrace is also accessible by wheelchair.

There are seven unobstructed toilets in public spaces. The signs are clearly distinctive in color, with symbols in some premises. There are no carpets in the meeting rooms. There is a lot of space in the public spaces to turn to a wheelchair. Our main building has seven unobstructed toilets. Some of the premises have induction loops.

Sauna department

Our larger sauna facilities are unobstructed and has an unobstructed shower and toilet. The sauna department should be booked separately and/or when making a reservation if you are wheelchair. There is no strip in the pool, just stairs.
