Whether you are visually or hearing impaired, allergic or a wheelchair user, we have made sure that you feel at home. Whether you need a listening loop for a meeting or perhaps a special diet, we will take your needs into account during your stay at the hotel. Your assistant stays in the same room at no extra charge.

Arrival
Saattoliikenne can be reached by car in front of the main door. Barrier-free parking spaces for those coming with their own car are located approximately 110 meters from the main door. Parking spaces are marked with a wheelchair symbol. The walkways to the parking lot are flat, asphalted, lit and have handrails. Year-round street maintenance. The entrance is lit. The outer door threshold is 2 cm and the door width is at least 85 cm. The wind cabinet is spacious and can easily be turned around. There are handrails for people with poor mobility or visual impairments both on the stairs and in the passageways in the outdoor areas. Handrails and lighting work with automation.

Rooms
There are two completely accessible rooms in Linnasmäki, which are suitable for a disabled person and their assistant (rooms 150 and 151). The free width of the doorway is 89 cm and there are no thresholds. The passageways are 90 cm and the turning space is 150 cm on both sides. The furniture can be moved if necessary. The clothes hooks are 132 cm high. The free width of the bathroom is 85 cm. The rooms have low door handles, high toilet seats and handles. A shower chair is brought on request. A flashing doorbell and vibration alarm for the hearing impaired are available at the reception. At least 5% of other hotel rooms are accessible.

Public spaces and meeting rooms
All our meeting rooms and auditoriums are wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is accessible without barriers and the staff will assist with the dining line if necessary. The furniture is movable and accessible by wheelchair. The height of the cafe counter is 93 cm and the buffet table is 90 cm. Our staff will assist if necessary. The terrace is also accessible by wheelchair.

There are seven accessible toilets in public spaces. The signs are clearly distinguishable in color, symbols are used in some premises. There are no carpets in the meeting rooms. In the public areas, there is plenty of room to turn around, even with a wheelchair. There are seven accessible toilets in our main building. Some rooms have induction loops.

Sauna section
The larger of our sauna rooms is accessible and has an accessible shower and toilet. The sauna section must be booked separately and/or mentioned when making the reservation, if you use a wheelchair. There is no bar in the pool, only steps.
