Linnasmäki has dozens of seminar, meeting and conference rooms with various types of equipment. The spaces range from conference and work group rooms for 3-12 people to seminar and meeting rooms for 20-60 participants.
Almost all of our meeting rooms have high-quality, fixed AV equipment and sound systems, and the rest can be set up as needed using our modern portable equipment. Basic equipment includes a video projector, a PC for presentations, a projection screen and a flip chart, tools for taking notes and water. All the rooms also have fast Wi-Fi connectivity. The default seating arrangement in seminar and meeting rooms is classroom-style, but the rooms can always be furnished and equipped according to the customer’s wishes. The majority of our spaces are unobstructed and well-suited for those with limited mobility.
